Mike Tibodeau, Marketing Specialist An engineering & telecommunications consultant by day, Mike Tibodeau turns wine detective at night, specializing in finding the value wines for consumers from little known regions. If there is such as thing as a $10 bottle of wine that truly tastes like a $70 bottle, Mike will find it and he's quick to share that information with guests at Adventure Wine events. Not content to search out wines from the typical wine-producing regions such as France, California or Italy, Mike's travels have taken him to some truly unusual places in search of great wine values such as Scotland and Russia. (He once visited Champagne, but claims there was a mistake in booking his flight.) All of this value searching has allowed Mike to live a lifestyle filled with luxury items such as Pinot Noir and gasoline for his sports car, yet he still can't afford an electric razor.
